Probably, although a pitbull mix I adopted from them a year ago was not socialized with other dogs and I only found out when he would rush out the door once every 3 months it averaged out to. One neighbors dog needed several stiches but my dog was also hurt. Both where pits. Anyway I had to go to court and was ordered to surrender him. Lifeline had a meeting with each other and decided to kill him. I was not given any choice although I had plenty lined up. .vThis was about a month ago. I still cry over it daily, so I'm probably the wrong person to ask
