I rescued a small dog from a park a week ago. He was malnourished, weak, in bad shape. An older dog & in the terrier family. Needs medical attention: shots, teeth (his breath is terrible.) I would adopt but need help with costs. Can LifeLine assist?

Yes, they provide low cost medical care for dogs and cats. However, I don't know about the dental aspect. My daughter got her cats shots and fixed for a very low cost.
