It's free for legal residents of Anderson County, just show ID. However, if you have any outstanding fines, you will be required to pay the fine before checking out more materials. (There may be a cap on the fines. Ask at the circulation desk. The fines aren't intended to be a funding source for the library. They are there to encourage on-time return of materials.)

Free unless you have a fine you were unaware of... And the older the fine is.... the bigger (wayyyy bigger) the fine will be.
