The staff is wonderful and the program is doable. The first couple of weeks will be a great adjustment to your regular diet but the staff will be there for full support. As far as the cost it depends on your insurance. My advice would be to call them and they can run your insurance and check your out of pocket cost for you before you start. I hope this helps! Great program. I've lost 80 lbs in less than a year. Cost is dependent on your insurance plan, but has been reasonably on both of mine.
