Cynthia was amazing in everyday. I originally went for crotchet but wanted to be able to wear in ponytail. Because of the technique the look would not be natural. Zhe suggested box. Slightly higher in price but achieved my desired look. She completed a medium size braid alone in 3 1/2 hours. There was a stylist that cane to cut the excess heat from braids at very end and help to curl ends Very professional. She was not stopping to talk while working on my head. She socialize but kept her momentum I love her. Will go back but she will be who I want. Sweet, sweet lady. Love my hair!

I love this place the braiders are amazing but receptionist comes off very aloof and rude the customer service when calling to schedule an appoiment could be better I was put on hold for an extremely long time then hung up on by someone named Bree. I can't wait until they start doing walk ins again. I will come back but only as a walk in.
