The kitchen back splash had at least 80 X's and numerous numbers marks on the tile. Have spent 4 hours and several different cleaning agents on it to remove the marking. Went to the store and said to use a different agent on it which I had already had used on it. Have new house with white hear and bone tile back splash with marking all over it. They do not stand behind their installation crews. No customer service. .. This is for response...When I went to the your office I stated which cleaning products that I used already. Kenny brought out a different one and it barely takes it off of the tile and which I'm still removing from the tile. The right thing would have been to come by and look and send out the installation crew to remove all of the markings from the tile. That's customer service.

My wife and I recently received floor measurements and detailed quotes from Moore Flooring along with 2 other local competitors to lay hardwood flooring in our house in Pinehurst. We went with Moore Flooring and we’re very pleased with Kelly, one of the managers/owners there. He was super personable, knowledgable, patient and professional. Everything was performed as he said it would on time without any delays. Moore Flooring measured us at needing only 30 boxes of wood to complete the job… while both of the two other competitor’s quotes said we needed 33 boxes. Turned out 30 boxes got the job done just fine with some extra boards to spare! Roy came out to the house for the installation. Roy was AMAZING!! Super hard working and extremely upbeat on the job. Worked very hard and fast but truly excellent craftsmanship! Roy was so helpful and went above and beyond on the job for us, helping us out with couple other little quick fixes that he did not need to do, but did for us out of his kindness. Thank you Roy, you are very much appreciated !! I rarely ever leave reviews, but when a job goes this well it’s worth the time to give credit where it is due. Thank you Moore Floors👍🏼

Just had my new floors put in. What a fantastic job! This is the second job I have had done by Moore Floors, Inc. and I tell you, I won’t go anywhere else. The installers are great, the showroom sales and the owner Kelly are the best! Highly recommend this company!

Place is easy to find and parking is easy. Showroom is clean and looks great.i was immediately greeted when coming in. The ladies were real nice. Kelly answered all my questions and got me in the right direction. It was a easy experience picking out a flooring type. I would highly recommend this place.
