All I can say is dad your son needs to learn more communication skills and selling skills. I really love my grills but I just didn’t like the way he handled business if he knew better he would do better other than the great work. I waisted so much time n gas listening to him telling me today at 2pm ur grillz would be done in 5 minutes. So I waited to 4pm to give extra time to get right, hell I even said I’ll Come get it tomorrow but he Insisted to come on that it will be done. Again my boyfriend waited 30 minutes.

I took my time & wrote a VERY detailed review, but of course it was too many characters.. so I will simplify it, I had the worst experience getting my grill here ! I’m 1hr 48 mins away, I drove here once to get molded 8/27/21 .. again to pick up my grill on the agreed day 9/6 … Nobody was there nor did anybody answer any other forms of contact, so I drove back home . Drove BACK there again another 1hr 48min drive on 9/7 just to get there & my grill was wrong. I asked for fully diamond cut fangs & they cut the top only. I’m not a worker I’m a customer, idk y’all’s lingo for tht paper we BOTH filled out together, all Ik is I was very specific. What really blew me is when I told them the cuts were wrong they took the grill to the back and cut them up for me BUT omg the work is SO sloppy!!!!!! The diamond “cut” was spilling over onto the other teeth & it shouldn’t have smh!!! If u get a grill made mke sure it’s by the owner I’m assuming b/c my grill looks nothing like what they present on Instagram 🙄😒😒
