REALITY - Because too many people call in with ignorant questions instead of using thier two feet and walk into the store to get the answers themselves ! I actually over heard two "intellects" call in because they were yelling, one question was "How many nails do you get in a pound ?" & "Is a 4'x8' sheet of plywood really 48" wide ?"
Actually some new Store manager came in a few months ago...A former Lowes employee comes in to make a slash to make his numbers look great..aka..Less employees and more work...S.O.S. as always. The employees get tied to the whipping pole for upper management
Oh they answer their phones. Just not the store phone.
