Is it customary that when you go thru drive thru, that they NEVER give napkins or eating utensils? I’ve experienced this at both Big Clock restaurants. That’s not typical of other restaurants.

Check for those items before you leave. I'm sure they get busy and things can be overlooked. It is unfortunate that you seem to have this happen a good bit.

I've always received my utensils going thru the drive thru. I never asked for extra napkins though. Just make sure you check your bag before leaving just in case.

Apparently it is because it happens to us every time too.
