When I called I was told that the manager was busy that they would call me back even tho my order was messed up will not go back
Talk with the manager. They go out of their way to satisfy your meal. I found them to be friendly and check on me every few minutes to make sure i am ok. Eaten their for the past few years and never had complaint. Love this place
A gentle answer turns away wrath. Go to the manager and state your case. Waitresses have bad days, like everyone else. Nevertheless, state your case and be classy. Perhaps you will get a free meal. I have eaten there twice and found it delightful each time.
Go up to the front and tell them. The manager is real sweet and will want to take care of the issue. If you have left already, call and ask for the manager. She doesn't tolerate the girls being rude.
He is there at the restaurant daily. Just call and ask for him. He will take care of it! He does not tolerate that
