We didn't get all of our food and didn't know, until we got home and ready to eat, we were to tired to go back out. I will definitely check my order before I leave next time, if I ever go back.

Very disappointed in this Clock. Food quality was barely satisfactory. Service was marginal. First, getting seated was an issue. Our host took us all over the restaurant to find seating for four. Was it packed? No, perhaps 50% occupied. Second, only 2 of 4 plates of food was served, then a very, very long delay for the other 2 plates. We don’t eat until everyone gets their plate. We weren’t raised in a barn. My fries were cold by the time the rest of the food arrived for our family. We had to remind wait staff that we still had two people waiting on food. By the time I could start eating, the juices went thru the wrap of my chicken wrap. Waited on my drink to be refilled and had a spicy chicken panini. No refill for awhile. Bad job by all.

Service and food is good, but the female cashier has a HORRIBLE attitude because I said I was not happy with paying a noncash fee.. especially when I ended up paying CASH.. I still ended up paying the fee.. Yes it was not much, but it's the principle of the matter. If you want to go to a restaurant with a cashier that has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, go to the Big Clock of Berea.. If you want to go to an enjoyable restaurant, go to some OTHER restaurant

Service was quick and professional the food was amazing a little to pricey for me but was worth it. Would definitely recommend to anyone to come here and have dinner with friends and family. Loved the old signs that they have on walls.
