I have a question why do y'all claim the burgers to be fresh and hot and juicy when they've been cooked for a day or better had horrible experience the other day I could have used my quarter pounder with cheese burger for a hockey puck nasty food

Time of day, the person that cooks, location do make a difference. Go to 5 Guys, Burger King or Wendy's if you don't like McDonald's burgers

That is a great question for the franchise owner since I don't eat the burgers, I only drink the coffee.
