On door dash orderds employees act like they cannot bring out the orders that are already made so you will not have to sit in the line that is there every night .. it’s frustrating and makes me think they are lazy . Not a good customer service tool! This could Also help for drive thru orders as well . It’s ridiculous to sit in line when your order is waiting getting cold.. and no I do not want to fill out a form you need to call or go to store and fix it internally.

There was only one guy working late at night. And apparently they shut down everything they couldn't make anything fried which is like most of the menu that I eat. But the Awesome employee Made our food anyways And it was hot and fresh and great.

Typically love Jack in the box but this one is not that great. Fries are always cold and it's pretty slow

I had the loaded mini tacos & 2 orders or the filled churros...it was the TASTIEST fast food place I've had in a long time! Definitely a new favorite!
