I come to this particular chick-fil-a a lot because it’s convenient on my commute to work, but it’s horrible! I’ve had so many bad experiences. Yesterday topped it. My fries were so burnt and hard I couldn’t believe they would serve someone that mess. I tried calling the restaurant no one answered.

This location is poorly managed, routinely slow, and very disorganized. Don’t bother with curbside here as I have had to walk in to get my order every time. You get the text a team member is bring it out and then continue to sit and wait for 10 minutes without getting food. The drive through is slow. People are waiting and angry inside because it takes so long to get food.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I ordered chicken noodle soup, a kid's meal and a market salad with grilled chicken. I don't know if they just don't get many grilled chicken orders or what, but I sat there almost ten minutes (!!! unheard of for a Chick-fil-A!) at the pickup window waiting for my salad. The rest of the food was ready pretty quickly, but was practically cold once my salad was delivered. The attendants told me once that they were waiting on the salad, then proceeded to ignore me for the next ten minutes while they kept serving others behind me and helped them drive around my car to leave. (Honestly, not sure why they didn't direct me elsewhere so I wasn't blocking the traffic either??) My kids were irate by the time we finally got our food. Then, when I got it and got home, the order was wrong (I'd asked for no cheese) and they had completely left out my dressing- so I got just a dry, incorrect salad after all that. It was a nightmare. I've noticed that this location is much slower than the other CFAs we normally go to, and I generally try to avoid this one, but that day it was not possible. I hate to have to leave a negative review for a business my family loves so much, but this experience was ridiculous, and I definitely hope that management takes this review to heart in working to address these and similar issues so others don't have the same thing happen to them.

Haven't been to Chick-fil-A in well over a year. Went inside and they took my order right away. Employees were friendly as usual and it was very clean. Had the nuggets and they're the same as I remember. Fries were a little soft and could have been cooked a little longer. All in all a good experience and would probably return again.
