Yes, there's 2 campgrounds about a mile from the falls going towards Highlands. One is called van hook glade campground and I'm not sure what the name of the other one is. Hope i was of help. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.😀

Not sure. There are camp sites down that road which are part of the park service. This is part of the natahala national forest
