High End Prices but Excellent Food and Service. We had dinner and found everything to be well prepared. I am not going to single out individual items because everything was exccellent. Our server, Robbie, was welcoming, knowledgeable and effient. He happily went out of his way to ensure we had a perfect experience. I noticed that they had a wine expert that counseled on wine tableside.; but because we do not drink, we did not use his service. The restaurant had many design features to minimize noise and provide a comfortable dining experience consistent with a fine dining restaurant. The cost of the dinner was high $169.45 before gratuity, but worth it!

Between the plexiglass dividers between tables, the numerous emails leading up to dinner reminding us that we would be limited to 90 minutes dining time, and the mediocre cuisine; I believe it's fair to say that Ristorante Paoletti is - at best - a mere shadow of its former self. What was once the crown jewel of the town now pales in comparison to more recent additions. Truly a shame.

Wow! What a great experience for Friday evening Father’s Day Weekend with my family at this beautiful and Fantastic restaurant. Fist I called and left message to make a reservation. You must make reservation on advance. Nice gentleman Call me back and we made reservations with a perfect time for my family and I. We show up and a great hostess greeted us and table was available and ready! I loved that our table was kind of privet even though the restaurant is not that big yet very cozy! Ok 👌 the waiter was the best of the best and the food was Delicious! We had the best time at this well organized, beautiful, fresh food cooked restaurant. Look at menu on the the website is fab! My family and I we highly recommend to visit this restaurant and we are coming back soon as well. I wish there was more restaurants like this one! Thank you! Anna

It was graduation week and we went to celebrate a graduate along with ten family and friends. The place was packed. They were very friendly and we all had a happy time. They automatically add the tip for parties that large, which was fine.
