Ask Mr. Spina to answer the questions he cowardly avoids-blaming their customer for the problems with the car & lying about them purposely trying to hurt their technicians as well as hiding repairs. For a YEAR you blamed me for the problem with the modem and it turned out to be a recall for EVERYONE. As Lincoln says "they have to rely on what the dealership says" right?
