The store is tailored to suit the needs of the average and middle class consumer. Not high end product consumers. Store manager is very knowledgeable, cashier's get 1 star, false actors. Floor personnel, they do what they have to do, basically no knowledge of their products. As far as customer service, it's best you know before you buy. Service is laxidasical. In conclusion, if in the Wayne, N.J. area, this is considered to be a stop in, get what is needed and leave. If this is what your looking for, it's convenient.
