Dr Pavel is a well experienced doctor who will make you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in. Every visit I had was informative and I was never rushed when asking several questions. Dr Pavel would return all my calls and answer all my queries on the portal too. She would call during the evening to check up on me when I was not well. I would highly recommend Dr Pavel. Her staff are amazing and accommodating too. You will be in the best hands when choosing this amazing woman.

Doctor Pavel is an exceptional doctor. She is passionate, responsive and exceptionally skilled. She helped my wife during every step of the way during her pregnancy and helped us deliver a beautiful baby girl. Dr. Pavel always follows up, gives great information and deeply cares about delivering the best service possible. She is also always there when you need her. This is the doctor you need by your side.

I would like to say that Dr. Pavel is overall a great doctor and cares about her clients and puts the effort in to figure out what’s going on with them. I’ve recommended people to her before…but I had a really bad experience for my most recent appointment with her. A little back story I have an eating disorder (ED) I’ve been struggling with for years and every time I go to a doctor I need to be weighed. Throughout the years I’ve been able to tell the nurse that I don’t want to see my weight and they are kind about this and either will have me say what my weight is or have me step on the scale with my back to it so I can’t see it. My appointment last year before this appointment I went and just verbally disclosed a weight which most likely was not accurate but I can’t step on the scale due to my ED. This time I stepped on the scale facing away from the numbers, so the number was def very different than the last time. Dr. Pavel came into the room and said we need to talk about your weight, you gained a lot of weight since I saw you last, you need to do something about it. I was in complete shock and instantly my eyes filled with tears..I was so triggered by this. I told her that I have an ED and I explained how I can’t step on scales and usually just verbally disclose a weight. Dr. Pavel disregarded this and said I could have diabetes and that can be causing yeast and asked if I weigh myself at home. I told her again I have an ED and can’t step on a scale. She then said so the weight you gave was inaccurate. I said yes. Then she said I was going to say you don’t look any different than the last time I saw you. This made me feel so small and powerless. A doctor that I began to trust and told people I couldn’t wait for her to be my doctor in the future when I began carrying a baby. All of this was gone in a split second. I also never got an apology for her mistake/misunderstanding. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.

I loved the Dr., but I called after I had a pulmonary embolism to see if it had something to do with my IUD. I said I did not have health insurance, before I could say I could afford to pay out of pocket, they told me to go to planned parenthood. They were so rude!! My situation was serious and they were complete jerks!! I work in the medical field and would never do that to a patient!!
