How's service department opening?

This was after you tried to get my husband to commit insurance fraud by lying to submit a claim. We can show this & everything else in your communications with us. You completely contradict yourself in first minor damage then thousands to fix. Your offer for us to buy another car when the same thing would just happen again is also contradictory.Then premeditated to set me up saying I was starting the car to sabotage repairs and hurt their technicians when I can prove I wasn’t. They continued a pattern of hiding repairs & service records, denying a record of warranty repairs, picking up my car at my home to make repairs & not recording it. When I demanded they investigate the car for my family’s safety they lied, kept the car 2 weeks, promised they tested it, yet it never moved or changed mileage, I can prove it was never test driven. LOW refused to test drive with me to see the problem. In the 2 years I dealt with the service dept Mr.Spina was nowhere - his responses are fake and lies

DISHONEST and hide reviews This dealership should be called LIARS OF WAYNE. Do your family a favor search everything you can about #LIARSOFWAYNE before you consider buying anything from them. Your response blames others & does not address what YOU did. COWARDLY. The review isn't about a manufacturer or other dealerships, its about Lincoln of Wayne & what you DID & failed to do for a customer needing help. You still avoid responsibility for what YOU did, which was lie to my face, hide repairs, blame me for the problems with the car even when presented with evidence otherwise, & the worst PREMEDITATE setting me up to say I tried to hurt your techs & sabotage repairs with fake emails & voicemails. #SLANDER WHO DOES THIS? I can prove you lied. Your lies about buying the car back are either your delusion or what you are trying to make people believe. You wanted us to buy ANOTHER car at OUR cost as a trade in(on a brand new car we had just bought) increasing our payment amount & length!

I assure you we have been here for over 50 years, our client base knows who we are. As I offered years ago and still offer today, I am more than happy to help you get out of your vehicle. The only reason I offered to buy you out of your vehicle initially is no matter what we do, rocks will always cause damage to plastic components, paint, and wheels. We spent thousands to repair everything once as a good will measure but it will continue to happen. I know you have had some troubles with other Lincoln dealerships, you weren't happy with Lincolns Field Service Engineer's response nor Lincoln Motor Company's decision that your vehicle was not eligible for buyback... I am not quite sure what you would like to be honest but as always I am willing and able to work with you still even in light of the years of slander

They are liars that do not record your service visits and repairs, blame the customer for manufacturer defects, lie to your face saying they are helping you while doing the complete opposite behind your back, and premeditate with malice to make up lies about their customer saying they purposely tried to sabotage repairs when they could not fix a problem and the worst defamation of all that a customer PURPOSELY tried to hurt their technicians. All because they broke a component on my car while in service for another problem and wanted to get out of fixing it and addressing the defect complaints we had with the new car they sold us. search #liarsofwayne before you ever consider doing any type of business with these people.
