We put a deposit down in July for a new Lincoln and everything went smoothly throughout the entire process - A+ dealership for sure. We went to test ride the different models with our Sales Associate Ron J. and reviewed our options. Lincoln of Wayne was able to work with us on pricing as well and they were very fair in the entire process - much better than the other Lincoln dealerships we spoke to. We were able to track the car’s process in getting built and it came quicker than expected. The paperwork went smoothly with the Finance Manager and the delivery of the vehicle was great thanks to Ron and their team - we even got to meet the owner who at delivery. We love the Lincoln - definitely a car to consider when looking for a new luxury vehicle. We really appreciate the great experience we had with all Associates we encountered at Wayne Lincoln. We’d recommend them to anyone interested in a Lincoln.

Be carful when you sign in the lease or buying a car. Joe in financing dept . Remember this name Joe he was trying to sell me insurance one after another . He pushing so hard to sell it . Really you don’t need to buy it s be carful from the insurance trick he will tired out and make you buy some thing you don’t need

Well my experience with them was anything but exceptional which makes me feel even EXTRA special to be treated the way I was, in fact it was (consumer fraud and slander). Why would they do this when they claim to be honest and reputable? Simply put no one honest and reputable does what they did to me and I promise I can show you. Don't believe what Mr. Spina is telling you privately behind my back-better not be further slandering me Mr. Spina. I would love to show u how he plays both sides of the fence while looking a customer in the eye. There are very specific reasons why and anyone considering giving them business should know what tactics they use. U must lease a car from them every 3 years so u are worth their time. I read all the great reviews myself when I decided to buy my new vehicle from them over another dealership. Anyone considering buying particularly a CPO should know their practices. For a YEAR you blamed me for the problem with the modem and it turned out to be a recall for EVERYONE. As Lincoln says "they have to rely on what the dealership says" right?
