In a Chapter 13 case, all debts must be listed. However, the title pawn would not be paid through a Chapter 13 case and we would not catch up your payments on the title pawn. In Georgia, court decisions have held that a debtor cannot alter the terms of the title pawn through a bankruptcy case. But, bankruptcy could help you in other ways.
