My experience with Rex Property was incredibly positive. Connie and Lacy were always professional and friendly when I interacted with them during the 14 months that I lived in one of their properties. Maintenance requests were immediately prioritized and remedied. There was even a time that I was out of town and it appeared as though my window had been broken. Lacy sent someone in to the apartment to make sure everything was okay. Finally, after realizing that my air conditioning was not working properly, Lacy went above and beyond to have a window unit put in place until HVAC could repair my air conditioning. I truly appreciated the professional, caring experiences I had.

If I could give a negative 10 rating I would! They are horrible as property managers! Sent in 3 request in 24 hours along with a phone message for emergency, due to refrigerator which died. Lost $200+ in groceries. No calls. No response. I guess an emergency has to happen when it is convenient for them, not the tenant. Worst customer service ever!!!! Unbelievable.
