Catherine is the absolute most amazing attorney I've ever met. During my divorce case, she knew that the only ones truly losing were my children, and she made every effort to put them first. She is incredibly responsive, sometimes getting back to me within an hour. Her price is better than other attorneys who couldn't even be bothered to give me a call back for consultation. Having seen a few people go through the divorce process and hearing complaints about how their lawyers "never do anything," I found myself truly blessed to have found Catherine. So many lawyers just don't care about you or your situation and only want your money. Catherine is much less concerned about money than she is about your family. I would not recommend this women to anyone.complete joke.Does nothing she says she will do.Huge retainer then drags your case out for 2 plus years and accomplishes nothing.Wont respond in an adequate time wich allows for to many things to happen before they get out of hand.Constantly makes poor excuses as to why nothing has been done.Dont waste your money.There are attorneys in the cars that actually do what they say there gonna do.Do your homework

The standard fee for an uncontested divorce is $1,000 plus filing fees with no children involved, and $1,500 with children involved. This would be the cost ONLY under the conditions that both parties completely agree on all terms. Any unsettled issues that could complicate the process means that the divorce is not uncontested and the cost will be higher. A contested divorce can be very expensive as both paties fight for thier terms. There is no way to give an exact cost for an uncontested divorce because every situation is different.
