Great air museum! I would highly recommend this museum to anyone who is interested in WW2 and early jet aviation. The volunteers that work here are super friendly and have a wealth of information to share.

Wonderful museum. We had a docent-led tour (shout out to Don!) of our small group, it was really great. There are many planes, both indoors and on the tarmac. You can go inside of a Curtiss C-46 Commando and even sit in a cockpit of a MIG 21! Very good gift shop too.

Amazing place to learn avaition WW2 history. Plan to spend two hours. Kids are excited to go in the aircraft. Avery was a great docent who answered our question and assist us with taking photos. Most of the docent are veterans. Please support the living air museum.

Really neat exhibition of WWII aircraft, many of them fly. We got to see 4 of them take off. You can even go inside some. Great tour guides.

Some, and what you dont find, ask your guide about. They are incredibly knowledgeable.

Is there an entry fee?

Yes the fee i believe is a suggested donation. Some of the guys I went with were to "cheap" to donate $10 to the hard-working veterans that work for free at the place restoring the equipment. goes to a good cause and you get a great guided tour with a veteran that served this country for a us all..
