Hi. I work for Metro by T-Mobile. If you do not have a 5G phone, I recommend checking our coverage map on our website to see if there is 5G in your area. If there is, I recommend upgrading to a 5G phone. This will give you the best possible signal. If you already have a 5G device, then there's not much you'll be able to. I live out where there isn't 5G coverage, and on average I only have a bar or two of 4G.
