Depending on what side u r on,if u r on the side of staten island,930am 1000 1030 and so on by side 10am 1030 11 and so on,if u r a tourist I will say from 10am till 2pm less crowded

The ferry runs generally on the hour and half hour except for rush hour and sometimes holiday schedules. If you miss the boat enjoy some live entertainment and a slice of pizza. Lol

It runs on the half hour and you usually can get on it if you are there ten or so minutes before no matter what time of day.
It runs 24 hrs every 30 minutes unless rush hour its 20 n late hr it on the hour! After 2am n it is free!
During the day it runs every half hour 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 and so on till rush hour starts.
Staten island Ferry runs every 20 minutes depending on rush hour or late evening 45min to hour is at most waiting time.
