Do you need a permit to have a couple's photo shoot at the park?

While not required to have one, it's highly encouraged to get one if you want exclusivity to a certain area.

Can't answer never took pictures .lot of other were using professional camers.The park is lovely.

If you're coming with a lighting setup, you may, but for on camera flash or handheld off camera, I never requested one.
