It's for residents living in Allentown on weekends only,they do ask for I.D for proof of address,weekdays it's for all who visits.
This is only a guess, but since the pool is run and funded by the city, not the county, my guess would be that trexlertown does not count as an alletown resident in this case. But to be sure, you could call the allentown parks and recreation office.
