A person came out to take a look at a damaged bathroom floor. He told me the entire floor needs to be replaced. That part is true. The rest isn't. He went down into my basement and told me the floor under the laundry room had to he replaced as well as the laundry room floor as well (it doesn't), and said my bathroom should be condemned. A proper contractor came out and confirmed the last parts were lies. This company just wanted money. Do not trust a single employee of this company. Ever.

Very very helpful , the lady MaryAnn is such a big help, she is very nice, she makes sure she gets back to you right away , because she’s so busy. She does above & beyond with her work , and makes sure the tenants are comfortable, and she works with everybody. And the owner has been so patient , and reasonable with us . She took the time to email me recently rented properties so I could assess what the rent was in that area. At no time, did I feel I was bothering her.
