That's not exactly what happened. You came in and asked about gloss. You were asked if you were looking for just shine. All you stated was you did not want to use a developer and did not want to change your hair color. You were looking at the demi colors and you were told that the demi required a developer. You stated that you KNEW there were demi that did not require developer. You were told that the demi we have required developer, that all we sold that does not require developer was SEMI color or we had another product called cellophane that is used for refreshing and shine. You were not happy with that answer. I'm sorry if you thought the response was rude, but I am happy that my associate was able to sell you the SEMI color.
According to their website, they do not carry this product.
