Consider carefully before going to one of this company's community recycling events. You may wind up loading your heavy television in your vehicle, drive it to the location within the narrow 3 hour window that they've set, have your $20 ready to pay them, wait in line for 25 minutes.... to randomly get cut-off at 11:58 am, because you didn't make it as far as some spot they determined within the 3 hour window--this without informing the people waiting in line, of course. Larger turn-out than you expected? Tag the last car waiting in line at noon; escort it if need be so no one else files in behind, but not this, not what you did. It was your poor planning that created the line. Take responsibility, and don't suddenly turn away those who'd been there well within in your time window--in my case 25 minutes. There was no way for us to know how fast or slow things would proceed, or even see the end of the line.. and without any information from you, no way for us to know where, or when, we'd be cut-off so we could at least make our own judgment as to whether it was worth waiting or not. Very poor way to treat people who've made the effort per your specifications. Want to make up for it? How about everyone who got turned away after waiting in line in Center Valley this Saturday being able to bring whatever they had to your place of business in Allentown at no charge. Least you could do, especially considering it's another hassle for us to bring the items to you a second time. In my case a third time, since I actually arrived at 9:30 am, saw the line, and decided to try again at 11:30 am.

I had a pick up here, and no problems. Employees nice and friendly and loaded my trailer promptly. You have to back trailer in from the street to the dock as not enough room to turn around.
