Will never go to this location again. I have always used the one on American Parkway and you are literally in and out. Here, it was very inefficient and the wait times were inconvenient. Not to mention they make you wait outside when it’s nearly 100 degrees.

I transferred an Atv here, sellers choice to meet here. Pretty terrible experience and fees seem to be higher than others. Also they charge you 2 1/2% of your total bill to use debit or credit. Personally I’ll never be back

Rebecca, Yes, we do title transfer and vehicle registration. All owners would need to be present with valid id and it's $72. It will take about a week to come in the mail. No appointment needed. Yes we can renew a class C driver license; we do charge an additional $19 so the total is $49.50 ($69.50 if you have a motorcycle endorsement). We will give you a camera card which is what you will use to go to a PennDOT PhotoCenter (all closed today) to get your picture taken. You will have 60 days to get your photo taken.
