love this pool best public pool i've ever been to you can bring your own chair umbrella casita whatever you like there aren't as many restrictions on swimsuits reasons why i hate bronx pools they won't let you put in anything that doesn't qualify as a swimsuit bath so much so that it is easier for them to let you enter naked than with something other than a swimsuit demanding and rebuseros, in short this pool is ideal for children and adults I also enjoy it with the slides sells Hot dog and something for snacks they don't allow food, the entrance fee as residents in pennsylvania is $6 individual dollar I didn't like that the first time I only paid about $15 for two adults and 5 children and the second time they charged me $30 I didn't understand why if we were the same, they close like a 7pm but this park has another park for children around it, a small river, an area for pichi is super huge you have options to enjoy.

My grandkids and I love the improvements. Next year a season pass to the pools

lefilef's answer certainly sounds correct, but please know that Cedar is closed for the season due to flooding. Mack and Jordan are open.
Basket ball short will do fine! Just make sure your not wearing Denim pants (jeans) or sweatpants!
Not sure, but I think Cedar provides an even better option... The pool is surrounded by a beautiful park with a stream and lots of shade trees where you can enjoy a picnic lunch. Then when you pass through the pool gates you can focus on enjoying the wonderful new swimming facility.
Nope they are not open this year I don't think any of them are. It was $5.00 kids 12 and under $10.00 for adults that's an all day pass
No.

6.00 for Allentown residents and 12.00 for non residents
6.00 for residents
But Cedar closed for repairs earlier this week and is still closed as of Friday July 12, 2019. Check news outlets for word on reopening.
Daily admission for Allentown residents is $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for children ages 4-to-17 at Cedar Beach, if you're a non residents I believe is either $12.00 or $15.00 and Children I believe is either $6.00 or $8.00 not too sure about non residents but I know they pay more. Must present an Id in order to get in.
No. They only accept cash and there is no atm in site
I'm pretty sure they do. Here is the number to the Parks and Recreation. Don't choose any option just let an operator answer and you can ask them. I called but the lady is in a meeting right now. 6104377750
It opened memorial day weekend and its opened 12 to 7 every day of the summer!

No closed for the season
Yes it's is
I'm not the ultimate authority, but I don't think so. When I got my season pass, I showed my driver's licence with an Allentown street address.
The pool flooded last night. If it opens again this season, I think its 8 bucks for Allentown residents. UPDATE: I am hopeful it wiil open again, and maybe soon. I went by today, 8/5/18 and there were city workers there on a Sunday, working feverishly to get the pool cleaned out. Kudos to the City of Allentown for getting on this right away. It's a very nice facility, and it's nice to see people using it.
The pools use Liquid chlorine witch Raises salt levels in the pool.

Depends on your situation. Senior citizens who are Allentown residents get a season pass for free after filling out the proper paper work. Check the Allentown Recreation website for details.
Saturday Sunday 12-7 till the June 16th then everyday after that 12-7 weekends City residents only
Just drove by at 12:10 p.m., Saturday, May 26, 2018 and there were kids walking around on the deck, so I'd assume it's open now even though the website says it opens June 7.
Daily rate for youth 4-17 is $8.00 Daily for adults is $12. They also season pass available at the parks and recreation office
Yes
From my understanding, you can get them at the pool during business hours now that they are open. The parks and recreation should also be able to assist with this request.
