They use the money to help buy materials to build homes for people who qualify for them. The people have to put in work hours on the home before their's and their home as well. It is called sweat equity. The people then pay monthly payments according to their ability for the cost of materials that are not donated or covered by the restore monies.
They build housing for the less fortunate i guess that's helping?
