I've never tried to call although I grabbed a card last time I was there so I could call before I come the next time. They are busy a lot. If you can leave a message and maybe they will get back to you
Hello Pam, We understand it can be incredibly frustrating to be unable to reach someone on the phone in the ReStore. We apologize for the frustration. As our friend Kashien mentioned, we are very busy with few staff members. I have great news, we are currently under contract for a new system which will alleviate phone usage for ReStore truck scheduling! This will allow customers to schedule their pickup online and keep the 'airwaves' free for customers who need to call about something. We again apologize for the difficulty and hope we can serve you better in the future.
