I notice the same.Walmart should pay more...you get what you pay for period..people not caring anymore,unfortunately!
I heard a employee by the name Jason at the East West Connector location te a new employee that in customer service, most will not answer the phone if it is coming from the outside line unless a manager or a snitch is around and if a customer calls with a question about a product and it's price, they put the person with questions on hold and make something up or tell them they do not have the product only after making them sit on hold forever.....it's done all the time he stated. I'm certain that this isn't the only walmart with employees that go above and beyond to NOT do their job. Since covid started, it has been used as a crutch by many businesses
These days places are lucky to get employees
Unfortunately, it seems that they've been understaffed for a while now.
Now that there are putting in all the self pay machines they have let a lot of employees go and the ones that are still there are standing around To make sure you ring up all your items what are they doing.
UNDERSTAFFED! UNDERPAID!! it's a horrible combination when the world is headed into the WORST FINANCIAL DEPRESSION in Over FORTY YEARS!!
