Waited 20 min past my appointment time then was given a 20 mg shot of steroids and prescribed 50 mg tablets for five days with no slow release off of the medication. Took my nurse mother’s advice and split those in half so that I wouldn’t have roid rage.

My appointment was between 4:07-4:15. Several who came after me, went before me. They asked me for my name several times.It was 5:25 by the time my name was called and I sat in the cold examination room before even having my vitals taken, until 5:33.

Yes it does, however you may have to make an appointment. It has to be determined by the PA if it's an immediate emergency that warrants you being seen right at walk in.
Yes. They offer PCR tested for travel. Its best to call ahead or sign up online.
I don't think Piedmont Urgent Care has an email. What are you trying to do?
I have never seen anything soiled or stained there.
