I am a foster mom and I need to change pediatricians because they are too far away. I've been trying to get his medical records transferred closer since June.. the new place has sent 3 or 4 requests and this place is requiring that I pay $57.00 in cash to get his records transferred..this is ridiculous..and I think they should be reported to the courts. I only went to them initially because as a foster parent you have a certain amount of time to get them seen by a physician and they already had his medicaid number..

Horrible doctors office. Constanza was not very helpful. My children needed to be seen and they told me to go to the ER. My kids do not have COVID or do not have any symptoms. My children suffer from asthma and needed to be seen. I have not experienced this issue until the new staff was hired.

I had set up an appointment for my son as a new patient about 2 weeks ago. I get to the appointment and there was a nice little sign saying the doctor was in a conference. Didn’t get a call or nothing. I decided to give them a chance and simply re-schedule and they gave an excuse that they didn’t have my number to let me know the appointment needed to be re-schedule. We go the second appointment. Waited about 45 minutes when decided to ask one the girls at the front desk the status of our appointment. She responds that she doesn’t know, the doctor maybe in a call or something. I asked if she can please find out and give an update. She ignored me and kept going with what she was doing. I walked out! The place is hot and filthy, not to mention how unprofessional the staff is.

Great services, clean space and fast service. Dr. Warris is a great doctor.
