Is this place under new ownership/management in the past year or so? I have been there twice, the first time was terrible, the second , we waited 45 minutes and were never seated. We left. I am willing to give it another try ,history please.

We enjoyed it the first two times then we went back and had to walk out because of the lack of wait staff that looked confused
