This place was a great happy hour hangout and had great food. I would even give a good review and suggest it to many people, no more is this true. After a new consulting team and management took over the food and service drastically dropped in quality. My wife and a friend got sick after eating what was possible spoiled or improperly cook food. The food quality is mostly frozen foods and nothing is consistent or the same. Cheese dip was claimed to be homemade but actually was served from canned cheese, ypu know that taste right, Lou our waiter was so embarrassed he took the dip back and tried to give me cash and offered to pay for it out of his own pocket. Typical service time is long, 10-15 min to get a drink with an empty restaurant and sometimes your waiter/bartender is also the cook. We were charged a liquor taxes and additional beers that we never consumed and when we ask the manager Victor about his response was "if you not not like it, don't pay for it and never come back". They had/have a taco bar for 22.99 that we would have tried but after noticing the taco sides bar had old crusty food that had been siting for days, this is something I and other saw to be true. The taco sides bar would sit on the patio and the food would be uncovered, at 5pm the taco guy would roll out a propane gas griddle and start serving without changing the side bar dishes that had been sitting out from previous day. When asking the server Eric about it and seeing fly in the food and around the sides bar his response was "ok" and did nothing to change it. (illegally using a propane gas griddle in a coverd and enclosed section, i now hear the Fire Marshalland shut it down) Needless to say the owners could care less about the place and have allowed the new consultants and managers to cut corners, short staff and drop quality and care. A shame as this was once a loved place by many locals. We now go to Crossroads and have no regrets.

They’ve started charging a surcharge for using a credit card like a gas station does. They don’t realize it takes away from the server tip amount. We won’t be going back.

We were pleasantly surprised. When we looked at the menu, we thought it would be mainly bar food. The drinks were awesome, the food was surprisingly good. Will definitely be coming back.
