Yes, all by appointment only. Plus, nowadays they mail your new license, giving you a paper temporary license (mine came within 2 weeks). It was very methodical and fast. I was in and out within a half hour.

No walk in s at all you have to schedule an appointment on the ctdmv website

I purchased a truck from a New York dealer and paid the Connecticut sales tax, the dealer then send the registration to the New York DMV and they in turn would pass the registration to the CT DMV. It was been 8 weeks and I have not heard anything?
