I purchased a truck from a New York dealer and paid the Connecticut sales tax, the dealer then send the registration to the New York DMV and they in turn would pass the registration to the CT DMV. It was been 8 weeks and I have not heard anything?

I would call the dealership and see if you can get all the papereork make an appointment and register yourself. I just purchased a truck from Massachusetts, made an appointment with DMV online, took all the paperwork from the dealership and had my truck on the road within a week

I would call the dealer and ask where is my registration cause they should have sent it to CT directly not to New York truck wasn't being registered there.
