First off, congratulations! Yes, and they will not let you swap out. That person will be assigned to you the entire stay. You will be temp checked. They have you fill out a wellness form at the door and masks are required when in contact with Hospital staff or in common area like lobbys, halls, etc. However, once you are in your room, you can take it off.
