Dr. Grey and his nurse and office manager Clarice are the 2 most amazing, caring, kind and thorough medical providers I have ever encounter. Dr. Grey is my primary care physician and he is amazing. He takes the time to listen to his patients, and he really cares about helping them to get better, and Clarice goes above and beyond to help facilitate that care in ways I have never seen in any other practice I’ve attended. I would highly recommend Dr. Grey to anyone who ask and I’m eternally grateful I was referred to him as well by a friend who is also a patient. It’s hard to find doctors like he is anymore, I’m grateful I did.

Dr.Grey is cool. Dealing with Ms. Clarissa is nothing but a headache. The stress dealing with her will make you relapse alone. I recently started going back to there clinic . I paid $200 but I still can't get my medicine. She keeps telling me she has done my prior authorization with Medicaid but I talk to pharmacy and they say it has not been done. Ms. Clarissa will tell you anything!! She is a habitual liar that needs some help. She thinks cause her husband is a retired judge from Madison county she can get away with anything. I will never go back to them again!! She told me Bicycle health my previous clinic was killing people and going to jail. There just not allowed to do the telehealth thing anymore is all. I really hope they lose everyone the way she has treated me. She is money hungry and not at all caring towards there patients. I can't say nothing bad about dr.grey accept the fact that he keeps her around and she I know has lost him plenty of patients. 🤬

Dr Gray and Miss Clarrice are 2 of the best. You can look the world over and finding a Dr more intelligent,compassionate, and sincerely concerned about patients will be nigh impossible. I have been seen by at least 50 Drs in my life,including er and hospitals,and I have no idea who I would say is #2 but I know the #1 spot is Dr Gray. Id give Clarrice the #1 spot for receptionists and nurses also. She is a one woman dr office! She has the responsibilities of 5 very professional people and she manages it like a clock. Don't think she is not a wonderful woman because she has to stay in a hurry. Remember she is the nurse,receptionist,office manager,medical billing and insurance liaison,patient care coordinator,and so on. She IS in a hurry. I have never heard anyone say anything except wonderful things about both. I have no problem with giving 10 stars. 5 are inadequate.
