The new pet relief area that is being used by dogs making their way through the airport is between Concourses A and C, beyond the security checkpoint, according to JIA’s website.
I'm glad this question came about because I will be bringing my pet along with me and it is very useful information for myself. Sorry I wasn't able to help with that question but from previous answers It's A and C
