I have had nothing but excellent and very personalized service from FFCU. I am always greeted by name (i don't know how Theresa does that) even in the drive through. Any problem I have had has been handled by them immediately, and the mistake has always been mine, not theirs. I cannot thank or recommend them enough. I do wish they had an outside ATM, but there must be a reason they don't.

After getting tired of dealing with 1 of the large banks I finally opened an account with them last year. I am very happy with my decision, their employees are amazing and always go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. Never want to go anywhere else for my family's banking needs.

They do not have any of their own & only charge $1 ATM fee. I have worked in the bank industry & have uses multiple banks and they are truly the best hands down. When you call you get a real person answering the phone, no numbers to key to get someone and their customer service is the best I have ever seen. They get to know their customers and are truly there to help their customer's
