I used once and they did a fair job. They are conveniently located and wanted to get established. Made another appointment on line, went and the salon was closed. Made another appointment a few days later only to arrive and be told that the online appointments do not coincide with the appointment book. She showed me while I was there that 3 people online had the same time booked. I made another morning appointment that she wrote down in her book. I received a call an hour before the appointment they needed to move it to the afternoon. No way. I tried to be a customer.

Got the WORST hair cut of my life. I seen terrible comments and thought I would give them a chance because everybody has different experiences but I don't see how u could mess up so bad on trimming dead ends. Not one piece of hair is the same length.
