0 stars! Terrible staff. I don't understand why people are so rude, especially in a work environment like this where there is no physically exhausting work. I had an appointment set up for 3:40, got there with 4 minutes late. No one was in the facility to go ahead of me. I tried signing in to the kiosk while the entire time no one greeted me. As I'm putting in my code it hit 4 o'clock and that's finally when employees came from behind their desk to advise they wouldn't accept me even though I had an appointment. These people work in healthcare you would think they would be more helpful

Let me start by saying I’ve been a nurse for 25 years and can be extremely critical when it comes to people taking my blood. Haven was wonderfully polite and upon the moment of insertion despite the fact that I was watching her, I felt absolutely nothing. She’s a professional! Highly recommend.

What a joke. Wouldn't take my lab script on phone for scheduled appt. No digital record of it. Fax machine doesn't work. Physically copy only? Don't go here.
