Last week I went to the Broad Brook Post Office for the first time in months. There was a very efficient and thoughtful young clerk helping me mail my package. She was terrific! Polite, professional and kind in her words and actions. I live in Broad Brook and will have a smile on my face every time I go to the post office from now on!

The older lady with an accent at the counter is absolutely the worst. She has no communication skill and is highly unprofessional and simply rude. This was the second time I’ve experienced such unprofessional service and I honestly can’t believe she still works there. I literally live minutes from that post office but I will never go back and just drive the extra miles to Enfield post office because the women there are incredibly helpful and kind.

In all my life I’ve never experienced such nastiness . I brought in three packages, sealed and had a prepaid label. At the counter the lady asked me if I had any liquid or fragile stuff in there and I said no. And then she proceeded to ask me what was in it and I told her that it was clothes. Firstly, she said to me that they don’t have space in the box for three packages mind you they were the sizes of a medium usps parcel. And then she proceeded to tell me that, I shouldn’t be ordering stuff online if I’m going to return it! Mind you it’s not like I’m using her salary from USPS to order the stuff. I almost lost it but I kept my cool. Because I knew at the moment it wasn’t worth. She doesn’t even deserve to see me upset. I’ve always been a USPS customer and have never encountered anything ugly as this. This lady needs training on how to talk to customers because she clearly lacks it. I’m so disgusted and if I could give this review -5 star. I totally would have

Worst Service! My husband arrive to pick up a package after a slip was left at our home. The office is supposed to open at 8:30 my husband had to bang on the door repeatedly and hear someone inside talking about how someone kept knocking...the guy behind the counter saw my husband and he held up the slip....Then the guy behind the counter just walked away. Completely unprofessional I hate every time I have to deal with this joke of a post office. I go out of my way to drive out to Windsor Locks post office just so I wont have to deal with the stupid that it broad brook post office
